Requirements

Course management
- Preparation of client and Lecturer contracts;
- Coordinate/schedule course resources;
- Material formatting, branding and printing;
- Assure proper and timely dissemination of course information Print and distribute all course material to students;
- Provide individual assistance to freelance lecturers;
- Liaison with Course Managers and freelance lectures;
- Solve students and clients problems relating to operational and administrative issues;
- Collate attendance and end of course feedback reports;
- Finance: working capital management.

BD responsibilities:
- Assist in proposal developement;
- Review of newspapers/internet for new RFPs;
- Maintenance of client database;
- Maintenance of proposals database;
- Work with marketing to assist in preparation of proposal presentations, and appropriate marketing material for clients/events.
