Employment: Full Time

Established Media and Entertainment Company with a presence in Central Asia to the Middle East are currently recruiting a Creative Director to manage the Afghanistan market.

Job Description:
The Creative Director is responsible for creatively supervising local Creative teams in close cooperation with local seniors, while giving a final creative quality check on priority project quality check level (gfx, edit, sound).

- Represent Creative Services resources on all projects.
- Proactively communicate with Creative HQ/General Manager on projects, strategies, requirements priorities.
- Proactively communicate with department leaders on projects and cooperation.
- Creatively leads project development processes. Supervise projects.
- Develops project strategies and campaign plans.
- Seeking synergy between projects and platforms. Support integrated platform communication.
- Actively participate in higher-level goals breakdown to the production level.
- Actively develop and supervise all channels brands communication.
- Proactively improve social and new media promo workflow in close cooperation with the marketing team.
- Motivate, train, evaluate and mentor Creative Team.
- Work together with Traffic manager (resource control) on projects as Creative Controller.
- Supervise on-air workflows.
- Manage Creative Services department. Actively train, evaluate and mentor Creative Team.
- Develop Creative Services structure.
- Develop workflows, seeking for synergy, efficiency. Go for on time delivery.
- Input to and contribute to the creative planning process.
- Input to and contribute the multi-platform project planning.
- Input to and contribute to the planning of the Creative Teams long and short term goals and routine schedule.
- Liaise/negotiate with General Manager on requests, general daily managing issues.
- Liaise/communicate with Head of Creative Services on strategic, organizational issues, priority projects, evaluation, mentoring etc.

Requirements

- 5 + years of professional Broadcast Creative experience.
- Bachelors degree in relevant subject from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication skills in English along with good interpersonal skills. Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- Experience with Broadcast creative teams. Organized creative!
- Organized thinking with strong creative skill set. Deep understanding of creative workflow.
- Hard-working, dependable, takes initiative and is completely dedicated.
- Ability to manage stressful situations
- Resourceful
- On time delivery sensitive
- Multi-tasker: ability to manage multiple tasks productively and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to respond under rapid and/or constantly changing priorities and deadlines with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to carry-out complex oral and written instructions in an excellent manner.
- The ideal candidate for this unique position would be: highly intelligent and be able to provide timely responses and execution for any and all issues.
