Summary:
A Creative Director involves developing concepts for clients and then supervising and sometimes working with a design team in the execution of client projects. Important facets of this job include knowledge of exhibition and design along with creativity, talent and industry experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Sales & Account team to develop creative strategies, solutions and innovations that strengthens project proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities
2. Provide the Sales & Account team assistance throughout the project development phase.
3. Assist Sales & Account in determining project priorities, resource requirements, schedule and budget.
4. Evaluate the team’s performance and provide appropriate feedback.
5. Supervise creative teams and establish team standards and goals and promote continual improvement and a culture of excellence and accountability through driving: Creative discipline excellence, Operational excellence and Industry expertise
6. Perform strategic account planning with senior management
7. Conceive and create experience creative design solutions that fulfil strategic business objectives
8. Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project management
9. Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations and presents design to client for approval.
10. Prepares preliminary proposals, including detailed construction, layout, and special effect diagrams and material specifications, for final drawing rendition by other personnel.
11. Oversees preparation of artwork and construction of project components to ensure intended interpretation of concepts and conformance to structural and material specifications.
12. Inspects installed project elements for conformance to specifications and satisfactory operation of special effects components.
13. Provide regular team leadership and constructive feedback on all accounts in the group
14. Lead, build and direct multidisciplinary creative teams comprising: Art Directors, Designers, Information Content Analysts, Copywriters, Animators, Audio Visual Designers and Multimedia Specialists
15. Develop, monitor and modify the business unit creative department staffing strategies and plans, including: Team composition Team performance, skills, training and mentoring
16. Develop, implement and monitor quality standards across all creative departments
17. Set agendas on design meetings on ways to boost and improve concept and productivity.
18. Prepares report on the development of the Design Department.
19. Serves a model role with their subordinates in terms of work attitude, Dedication and performance.
20. Continually improve Creative Department methods, problem solving models and best practices
21. Engage & inform practice leads from Media & Marketing, Technology, Research and Analytic, Usability, and Quality Assurance departments to maximize results and ensure client and user satisfaction
22. Understand and communicate corporate mission and values

Requirements

He/She should be:
- Confident, driven, outgoing, organized and an articulate self-starter.
- Possess an advance professional knowledge in supervision of design staff, working with clients, project management, exhibition, marketing and design.
- Must have a Driving License
- Can work extra hours
- Results Oriented
- Creative and Meticulous
- Have passion on creative designs
