Creative Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a well established group specialized in Events and Exhibitions, is currently looking for a Creative Manager to be based in their Dubai office.

Reporting to the Head of Events, your main responsibilities will be:

-Oversee all the events creative designs and ensure that the designs are submitted within the agreed time frame.
-Liaise closely with the clients in order to make sure that all the client's creative goals are achieved.
-Develop all the creative aspects of the event marketing campaign based on the clients marketing plan.
-Conceptualize events theme and prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, and produce it in a presentable format to the client.
-Assign projects to the designer and creative team and make sure the client's deadline is being met by the team.
-Oversee the production of the still and animanted graphics used for events production.
-Determine the creative for all the illustrative content used for signage and graphics, which is part of event services.
-Produce creative brief and prepare the presentation for major events.
-Lead brainstorming sessions with creative team and related technical members to develop creative material based on the client's need.
-Establish creative standard in order to ensure that events objective are met and creative quality is upheld to the highest standard.

Requirements

To apply for this role you need to have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in events creative development, with strong layout and design skills. media&Marketing Bachelor degree educated, you possess excellent communication skills, and are comfortable in making presentations.
