Creative Visual Merchandising Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE and Middle East
Salary: AED 24,000 – 25,000

One of the Middle East’s most prestigious luxury retail groups is currently looking to hire a Creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join them. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of working with luxury products (fashion, beauty, or luxury jewellery), be extremely creative and have extensive experience managing Visual Merchandise teams.

Responsibilities:
• Will lead and animate the VMD division; to give excellent quality of services in due time and at a competitive price.
• People manager to ensure stable and motivated teams of highly qualified professionals, and will also organize coordination meetings between team members.
• Will be responsible to prepare yearly objectives, budgets, and the P&L with the help of the finance team and present them to the GM.
• Once validated, will have to monitor all income and expenses in order achieve the business performance set forth in the budget.
• Will have to build strong relations with clients and service providers / suppliers, based on professional ethics, respect and mutual trust.
• Will have regular business reviews with clients.
• Responsible for Visual Merchandising activities for all companies / BRANDS Organize, & Ensures that all projects are implemented within the time stipulated.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
• 8-10 years Visual Merchandising and Design experience.
• Qualification within one of these domains:
- Art
- Design
- Fashion or Textile Design
- Interior Design
• Experience in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or alternative.
• Experience in man management in a team of 6 or more people.
• Structure and VM Practise optimization.
• Project planning and management.
• Team Interaction and client servicing.
