Credit Analyst

Job description / Role

Our client is a well established bank and has witnessed impressive growth over the past decade. Keeping in line with this growth, there is a vacancy for a Credit Analyst. This role with report into the Unit Head and work to evaluate the financial standing of corporate clients, within the Wholesale Banking Division of the Bank.

The role further includes:
- Processing transaction requests of corporate clients
- Verifying RMD sanctions and advising approved facilities to the Bank
- Preparing monthly log of credit applications, specific transactions, overdue and sanction award list
- Handling special assignments and operational issues to grow within the bank

Requirements

We are looking for a corporate credit analyst with at least 3 years experience in a similar role. You will have an understanding of cross-selling, credit and capital market instruments; and, experience in syndication and documentation. You will have good command over English and will be a degree holder.
- 3 years corporate credit experience as an analyst
- A Bachelors degree from a recognised University
- Understanding of cross-selling, credit and capital market instruments
- Experience in syndication and documentation
