Credit Card & Home Loans – Unit Manager

Job description / Role

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Performs account/financial analysis and due diligence for both Home loans and Credit Card applications and renders decision based on policies and authority-limits
2. Handles the Re-scheduled Loans, Exceptional cases and Delinquent accounts; calculates unusual risks associated with these specific transactions for deliberation and disposition
3. Reviews regularly individual active accounts (Cards & Home loans) to identify/spot potential delinquent accounts for collection
4. Supervises all credit card - Analysts and ensures policies and guidelines/limits are strictly applied, compliance and legalities are followed and risks covered before endorsement of any credit facility
5. Ensures that all transaction whether new applications, complaints or exceptional cases, are handled professionally and resolved the shortest possible time.
6. Handles escalated customer complaints
7. Handles the Internal & External Audits and SAMA
8. Responsible for MIS and other reportorial requirements
9. Reviews regularly the policies and procedures to continuously enhance operation

Requirements

- Bachelors degree
- 5 to 10 years related experience
- Experience in Home loans & Credit Card
- Knowledge in Financial Analysis
- Re-scheduling of loans and delinquent accounts
- Customer complaints management
- Policies & procedures review.
