Credit Cards – Analyst Staff

Job description / Role

Duties & Responsibilities :

1.Receives and process new Credit Card applications, Replacement cards request and Limit increases; responsible for detailed checking of all documentary-requirements and minimum eligibility criteria

2.Assesses the Regular Card-applicant’s credit records/payment history (thru SIMAH), bank statements and confirms salary certificate and other relevant documents to determine paying capacity and the risks involved in each application; (thru ASAT)- decides accordingly – approve, reject or needs additional requirements (incomplete documents)

3.Handles and process the Islamic Card Applications thru Bank Works system.

4.For applications over and above his limit, prepares the complete Card application and detailed Decision sheet for submission to Unit Manager or Dept.Manager for approval

5.Provides inputs for MIS - Credit Cards and other Management reports

6.Assists in the handling of Audit matters (internal & external) and in the resolution of SAMA related issues and customer complaints

Requirements

University qualifications : Bachelors degree
Previous experience : 5 to 10 years of related experience
Specialist knowledge : Credit cards analysis
Other Skills : Teamwork
Ideal Age Range : 25 minimum; 40 maximum
Gender Preference : Male
Language Skills : Arabic speaker
Current Residence : Anywhere
