Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Control Executive to join the ALAC Corporate Office located in Ramoul, Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for monitoring and controlling the accounts receivables on a national level and provide liaison between the Finance Department-Business-Credit Customers to ensure a smooth and healthy relationship alongside handling dispute invoices / cases pertaining to Credit Control Operations.
The main responsibilities of the role are to analyse the current overdue outstanding debts, and coordinate with customers regarding overdue invoices; closely monitor invoice dispatching to ensure that all invoices will received by the customer on time; posting of payment and allocating invoices; investigate and follow up on all partially paid and unpaid invoices along with business and customer; to ensure the understanding of the credit control process, preparing SOP and training OF other team members; the preparation of weekly and monthly outstanding reports and escalate unresolved issues to a senior level;
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Commerce / Accountancy / Business Administration.
- 3-5 yrs experience in Finance / Accounts Department of a large Profit Centre / Business Enterprise.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Advance Excel (must)
- Should be exposed to any Computerized Accounting System
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written),
- The ability to manage time effectively
- The ability to handle multi tasking.
- Confident Team Builder / Motivator
