Credit Control Executive - Al Futtaim Honda

Job description / Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Control Executive to work within the National Service Office for Al Futtaim Honda. The main purpose of the role is to assist the Finance deparment with all Credit related issues whilst monitoring and controlling accounts receivables and providing liaison between the Finance department, Business and Credit customers.

The main responsibilities of the role are to follow up with companies for the payments of credit customers and ensure collection within the stipulated time frame; the prompt delivery of credit invoices to companies for payment; resolving queries and enquiries from customers within the section of accounts; to closely interact with the Branch Service Coordinators and Cashiers to clear pending cash desk issues; to deal with difficult debts, long overdue for recovery and support branches and visit insurance companies where necessary to settle payments; the timely collection, follow up and re-conciliation of debts; Cheque and Bank Transfer posting in the system.

Requirements

- 4 years in the Automotive industry in a role familiar with various management reports
- Graduate in any discipline
