The RoleThe RoleOur client is a leading, global multinational company with operations globally. They are now looking for a senior, experienced Arabic speaking Credit Controller to take responsibility of this crucial department. Managing a large team you will be responsible for the following: Manage a collection team to ensure all due amounts from customers are collected in line with customers credit terms. Investigate and implement solutions for customers with overdue or aged balance. Plan and implement collection strategies and engage in direct collection of receivables. Forecast and report Teams monthly collections and ageing. Develop a high performance service culture within the team through regular coaching, feedback and identifying training needs. Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance. Manage and develop relationships with customers and the commercial team to gain co-operation in collection activities to meet targets Ensure Credit Management Policy is followed by Team and any deviations are approved. Package on offer: up to 18,000 AED plus family benefits and bonus. |
RequirementsRequirements Ability to drive the team to drive results Able to negotiate/influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to convince and persuade including CFOs, Financial controllers (internal and external) Lead a high performance team of credit controllers. Able to prioritise work and direct a team to the best outcome. Excellent interpersonal skills Able to perform under pressure Honesty and integrity |
