Job description / Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy finance department in Bahrain, working as a Credit Controller within a globally recognised logistics company.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out and maintaining collection targets, negotiating payments as well as liaising with around 300 clients, debtors and internal stakeholders. You will also be required to prepare reconciliations, accounts and reports, all in a timely manner.
Working in an office of around 30 others, you will be the sole Credit Controller with a direct reporting line to the regional office in Dubai. This role would suit an experienced Credit Controller with a strong personality.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be tenacious and proactive and you should be prepared to work hard to meet targets. At least five years experience within a credit control position, ideally in a supervisory capacity, is essential to be considered for this role. You should also possess excellent communication skills in English.
