Our client, a leading security and technology engineering and sales company in Qatar, is currently seeking a Crestron Programmer to Plan, direct, and supervises the company’s maintenance and support activities. Reporting to the Head of Support, your responsibilities will include: • Plans, directs, and supervises the company’s maintenance and support activities. Monitors the availabilities of spare parts and order them to maintain the required stock all the time. Carries out installation & programming of specified systems. Corresponds with suppliers to obtain support related matters. • Support projects with requirements of programming and systems configuration • Set-up maintenance plans, strategies and routine visits • Establish service contracts with clients • Ensures availability of spare parts & order them • Manage support calls & issues • Supervise support technicians • Manage workshop and tools • Train client’s representatives on installed systems. • Prepares reports (monthly, annual etc) • Train Techno Q staff on selected topics • Implement Company Quality Management System. |
RequirementsRequirementsAttributes we seek are: • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. • 3 Years or more experience in the field programming commercial audio/video products, including calibration of audio and video components to suit the clients environment • At least Intermediate to Advanced Crestron programming skills. • Computer proficiency-Windows, Office, Visio • Superior interpersonal skills for communication with colleagues & clients • Experience reading wiring diagrams and system design drawings • Strong troubleshooting, system testing, and good ability to think on your feet • Ability to produce good documentation & project management skills Technical knowledge: Crestron Programmer, Commercial AV Systems, Lutron, Visio Crestron Programmer, Commercial AV Systems, Lutron, Visio, CAD, Programming - Skills Required - AMX, Lutron Programmer, Commercial Audio and Video Systems, Crestron, Audio, Video A competitive expatriate salary will be offered to the right candidate. |
