Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Successful Candidates will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

* Planning of crew rotation and crew changes in a most cost-effective way
* Check & ensure completeness of documents (national and flag state) of crew prior to mobilization
* Arrange travel for crew joining and departing assigned vessels.
* Coordinate with agents for the Crew logistics of signing-on and signing-off crew
* Coordinate with various manning agencies for the mobilization of crew.
* Directly coordinate with crew who are on direct hire for the mobilization
* Arrange visas, vaccinations and training required for crew mobilization.
* Update Crew details on the system (JDE and/or DCM) on a timely basis
* Assist in verification of crew payroll
* Maintains crew files in an orderly manner.
* Verify agency invoices prior to preparation of Purchase Order

Requirements

Successful Candidate should meet the following:

Minimum Qualifications:
* College Level

Minimum Experience:
* 2 years of mobilizing/planning crew for offshore industry

Job Specific Skills:
* Computer literate and ability to work with multi-cultural environment.
* Working knowledge of STCW95 and flag state requirements
* Very organized and able to multi task
* Willing to work flexible hours, can cope well under pressure, good attention to detail.
