The RoleThe RoleOur client, a prominent Educational organisation in Abu Dhabi, has an immediate requirement for Curriculum Specialists in English, Maths and Science. The purpose of the role is to oversee the Curriculum Standards in multiple Secondary Education Institutions in Abu Dhabi. Ensuring that standards are set to meet the objectives of all enrolled students. Review of the existing curriculum, grade wise, as currently offered in multiple institutions across the Emirate Creation and publication of curriculum standards Ensure that standards set are relevant to international benchmarks already in place Receive and review detailed staistical reports on schools and training institutions in relation to Key Performance Indicators Develop and monitor Performance Improvement plans to enhance and generate better performance from new and existing students Manage professional training workshops to update teaching staff on a continual basis Identify areas of research and analysis which would assist the organisation in enhancing the overall performance in line with the Goals and Objectives |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum of 8 years experience in Curriculum Standards or Training in a Secondary Education environment Bachelors Degree or PostGraduate Degree in Education and/or Education Management Extensive knowledge of one of the Specialisations - English, Maths or Science Knowledge of International Standards and Benchmarks |
