Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure the profitable growth of the enterprise.
- Invoice promptly, accurately, ensuring on time payment.
- Control cost and procure effectively from 3rd party brokers.
- Coordinates with shipping department for receiving and record keeping for international transactions.
- Track shipments and communicate with customers about the package's progress.
- Coordinate with customs agents for clearance and deliveries.
- Arranging internal distribution of goods received.
- Organising the dispatch of goods with completed documentation.
- Maintaining prescribed records of goods received and dispatched.
- Examining shipping documents and verifying cargo to be released.
- Recording customs clearance requirements and authorising collection of cargo.
- Gathering information from internal team for outgoing and incoming cargos.
- Coordinate with Logistics Coordinator for the arrival of the cargos.
- Maintaining and assuring complete sets of documents for collecting delivery order, bill of lading, airway bill from airlines/SS Lines.
- Arranging inspection for Cargo inspection.
- Maintain log for clear cargos, and arrival of import/export cargos.
- Provide cargo status to customer on timely basis.
- QHSE Management & Support:
- Ensure achievement of QRTS Objectives.
- Take part as applicable in Mock Drills and training related to RTS.
- Participating in Root Cause and implementing corrective action as required.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or Experience may substitute for education) three (3) years of related experience in custom clearing position
- Good oral and written communication skills and must speak ARABIC language
- Strong background of Custom rules and regulations
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Good sense of orientation and capability to follow instructions
- Good Computer
- Must have Manual UAE Driving License
- Negotiation Skills
- Decision Making Skills
- Excellent knowledge of spare parts and market conditions
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Time management and prioritizing skills to be able to meet the deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate with other team members
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills specially in Microsoft Office
- Must have Manual UAE Driving License
