Customer Account Executive

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager based in Hong Kong, the job holder will be responsible for the following:

The Job
• Support the pre and post sales activities in connection with customer contracts and service activation.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the sales contract cycle to ensure proper capturing of information and completion of approval requirements
• Coordinate with technical divisions and the sales team in service activation and trouble ticket follow up
• Keep Finance updated of accurate invoicing and credit calculations
• Follow through the contract renewal and contract amendment processes
• Assist in conducting market research and produce useful reports for the sale team
• Contract system administration, contract custody and report generation

Requirements

Requirements
• Degree in management or sales & marketing
• At least 3 years of sales support / customer service experience in telecommunication or the satellite industry
• Attention to details, previous experience in system administration an advantage
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advance user of MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
