Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objective:
To provide a professional customer service to all British Council customers through a range of mediums (face to face, email and phone)

Main Responsibilities:
• Handling enquiries
• Registering Customers for British Council Courses.
• Cash collection & Income Reconciliation
• General Administrative duties

Reporting to : Customer Services Manager
Number required : One
Duration : Permanent
Desired start date: At the earliest
Probation : 3 months
Working hours : 37.5hrs per week with varying shifts
Gross monthly base salary : AED 5300
Other Benefits : Housing Allowance AED 2566 plus Medical and Airfare

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be Customer focussed, flexible and able to work within a team.

The candidate should also possess excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English coupled with strong IT skills.

Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
