The Role


The Role


One of the worlds leading Infrastructure Developers, which has been established in the UAE for ýover 4 years, is currently looking for qualified professionals to join their expanding ýorganization.ý

The Manager, Customer Service Center is responsible for directing, managing, planning, ýorganizing, and implementing departmental goals and objectives designed to provide a single ýpoint of contact for first and second level problem management reporting, change control ýverification and work station/server support. The manager will develop and implement ýcustomer services strategies and technologies which optimize the cost effectiveness and ýreliability of IT resources. The Manager Customer Service Center is tasked with the ýimplementation, operation and management of all policies and procedures associated with IT ýService Management (ITSM).ý

Requirements

• ý3 - 5 years experience in a customer support supervisor position, preferable in a large ýscale, highly technical environment
• Knowledge at the expert level of current techniques and hardware capabilities of a large scale ýdatabase and data communications environment
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; or a corresponding number of ýyears experience in IT.ý
