Job description / Role
- Meet customers with pleasant appearance on their arrival to the workshop and guide them properly with courtesy
- Provide an efficient and courteous welcome to the customers by providing necessary information and keep them comfortable till they are attended by Service Advisor with minimum waiting time.
- Being responsible for creating an initial impression about the company, strictly follow the dress code.
- Update appointment board on daily bases and explain the importance of appointment to the customers who come without appointment.
- Assist in maintaining courtesy cars
- Assist customers in all possible ways to ensure their business needs are met.
Requirements
- Pleasant personality and helping attitude
- Cordial and effective communication (bilingual is added advantage)
- Punctual and respect for time
- High School level educated & PC literate
