Employment: Full Time

Adecco are seeking a customer contract manager for our Multinational client based in DIFC on an initial 12 month contract with a view to the role becoming full time permanent thereafter.

Job Description:

The position is a non-sales Customer Contract Manager role based in Dubai supporting the Middle East, North Africa Levant & Turkey Capital Sales team.

The individual is not only responsible for all contractual paperwork between our client and resellers/partners, but for actively assisting the sales team with developing business partnerships.

This position reports into the Operations Business Lead based in Dubai and the primary responsibilities of a Customer Contract Manager are as follows:

Origination process management
Verify the necessary approvals are in place to initiate the lease/loan documents, initiate Lease/Loan documents.
Compliance of all procedures and paperwork
Co-ordination of return of Lease/Loan documents and receipt of invoices.
Prepare full funding Packs collecting and checking all the needed documentation
Create or update internal reporting tools with deal tracking data and sales data metrics.
Handling end of lease work to ensure the smoothness of the process and a profitable result

Customer/ Reseller relationship management

Manage the Customer relationship after initial decision to Loan/Lease is made.
Build relationship with the Reseller / Partners.
Follow up on quotes issued to customers.
Attend early stage Customer meetings with Financial Solution Managers (if requested) to build the relationship.
Liaise with customers to gather relevant documentation, satisfy relevant conditions and facilitated end of lease process.

Sales support
Sales Data Capture and Metrics (Salesforce.com)

Share responsibility of all new business opportunities and take full control from booking stage to ensure funding occurs.

Obtain end of lease notification reports and work with sales team to identify potential new opportunities

Cross-functional support

Work with pricing and credit to ensure appropriate agreements in place and conditions satisfied.
Engage relevant cross functional teams to approve and complete reschedules.

Collections and recoveries management
Coordination of in country arrears management support (in conjunction with Operations team).

Occasional Audit Support

Support finance team to complete annual statutory audits
Work with external auditors and provide relevant documentation for successful completion of all external audits.

Requirements

Experience / Skills Required:
Experience in Finance, local banking or Loans/Lease Industry would be of great benefit.
The role requires you to have valid experience in Legal Documentation, Process Analysis/Mapping and a broad Finance knowledge.
You are at ease to work with different people, in building strong relationships.
Ability to work independently, remotely, and coordinating remote resources.
Fluent in English and written and spoken. Also, fluency in Arabic is also preferable .
Strong communications skills
Perform in a flexible working environment.
Can adapt quickly to change.

Education:
College Degree Level (Business/Legal preferred
