Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager for an excellent multinational automotive company has arisen in Dubai with the main aim being to enhance Customer experience and brand image by contributing to roll-out of regional strategy.

Responsibilities:
- After Sales Mystery Shopping roll-out in the region.
- Premium Customer Excellence standards roll-out in the region.
- Successful launch of IMEA CSI platform, target set-up, monthly action plan and follow-up
- Training
- Project management of A/S network plans
- Co-operate closely with TCS to resolve technical issues, follow-up on warranty spending, goodwill utilization, re-call campaign completion and customer complaint handling
- Establish monthly service KPIs reporting with NSCs

Requirements

- Candidates MUST have automotive experience with a minimum of 7 years automotive experience especially in areas of CS, Dealer network development, training and technical.
- Must have a driving license
- Automotive Industry knowledge
- Training skills
- Quality Audit knowledge
- Customer satisfaction research know-how
- NSC and dealer operational knowledge
- Presenting
