Our Client is a global prestige Automotive brand operating across 20 diverse countries in the MENA region.

Due to continued success and a strong consumer focus the group are currently looking for a seasoned Experiential and Customer Experience Manager to deliver the Brand Experience offerings across MENA, as well as managing Sponsorships and Global/Local Partnerships.

The role also requires providing consultancy support to Dealer Drive Events, adapting/developing Marketing Communications for all experiential events, activities and drives working closely with importers, agencies, sales and service.

This is an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional looking to work with a world class brand in the automotive sector, who has proven experience in customer experience, consumer engagement and experiential marketing.

The Experiential Marketing Manager is responsible for working with Global teams, Overseas teams and the MENA markets to develop and deliver a brand consistent, culturally relevant and appropriate strategy for the brands experiential marketing, which encompasses experience, sponsorship and events for each respective brand.

The role will encompass:

- Development and implementation of the Brands drive experience strategies for MENA markets, appropriate to market needs and budgets.
- Management of local implementation of Global Brand Partnership and Sponsorship.
- Management of Regional Partnerships and Sponsorships.
- Guide local markets on local sponsorships activation.
- Working with the PR and Social Media Manager, develop and implement PR and Social Media strategies to align with experience, sponsorship and event project requirements.
- Interface with regional PR and Social Media agencies on a project by project basis.
- Best practice sharing of Experiential Marketing initiatives across markets and from other regions.
- Ensuring an accountable metrics and research driven approach to Experiential Marketing across the region.
- Regular and on-going market engagement and liaison, understanding their voice and reflecting this where possible in future plans.
- Identifies, defines and implements process improvements for experience, sponsorships and events.
- Works with senior managers to determine appropriate sponsorships.
- Is accountable and the key contact for the Brands MENAP experience, sponsorships and events.

Sponsorship and Event Related:

Regional sponsorships for example: Dubai Wold Cup and Emirates Rugby 7s require event management key responsibilities such as:

- Define required team and roles for specific event, schedule and prepare the timeline of deliverables.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to assess requirements of projects and ensure clear communication flow between all parties.
- Manage the registration preparation and on-site implementation and coordinate communications process with external agency support.
- Conduct sponsorship post event evaluations to report areas that are a success or need improvement to develop relationships and retain sponsors re-engagement.
- Create an exceptional experience and high return on investment.
- Responsible for project cost analysis tally, and assists with follow-through on invoices and financial tracking with accounting team.

- Global Brand Experience Teams.
- Regional First Line Management.
- Regional Divisional Teams (Sales, Aftersales, Pre-Owned Vehicles, Corporate Sales, Financial Services, Training and Engineering Operations).
- Regional Support Service Agencies and Consultancies (such as Sponsorship, Event and Marketing Agencies).
- Importer / Dealer Marketing Teams.

Requirements

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

- Strong understanding of Experiential Marketing strategy development and execution.
- Ability to communicate with and influence at a senior level, both internally and externally.
- Ability to navigate a complex organizational structure in the midst of growth and change, which operates in a fast paced environment, with stakeholders having strong points of view, and able to be aware and work with time and cost restrictions.
- Comfortable with guiding extended teams in regional locations (slightly different time zones).
- Understanding and appreciation of the brands in an emerging market context.
- Understanding of automotive marketing.
- Strong team ethic with an innate ability to build long term collaborations across markets, striving for consensus and carrying a sense of common purpose.
- Strong organisational skills with perseverance and determination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pragmatic, 'hands-on' approach to 'getting the job done'.

- Proven event planning and sponsorship management experience.
