Customer Intelligence Manager
Financial Services
Saudi Arabia (Eastern Region)
A major client of Florence International Consulting is seeking a Customer Intelligence Manager. Following are the responsibilities:
- High quality customer relationship experience
- Experience with Project Planning while dealing with Stakeholders
- Responsible for CRM tools, customer engagement, management systems, product/channel profitability
- Providing CRM Support
- Successfully implementing new business planning, financial reporting, key performance indicators
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience within a similar role is required
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelors Degree preferred
