Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Customer Interface Admin to their UAE team. Our employer seeks a proven performer to assist on their main projects in the region, which include the implementation of advanced integrated security solutions for critical assets, safe city and border protection.

Reporting to the Customer Interface Manager, you will provide administrative services to the Customer Interface Team. You will be responsible for:

• Provide administrative services to the team such as filing, printing, compiling and other services
• Support the Customer Interface Team in the preparation of materials required for meetings, presentations, etc
• Support the Customer Project Coordinator in maintaining the CM Database
• Ensure that customer meeting schedules and team member commitments are managed
• Assist in the preparation of customer materials, documents and presentations
• Coordinate with functional areas to provide the team with permits, training, inductions etc as required
• Manage internal team records

Requirements

Essential attributes include:

• Diploma / Degree qualified in a relevant field
• Previous experience in providing administration to large project teams
• Must be extremely well organised, with the ability to work under pressure in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential
• Excellent English verbal, reading and writing skills is essential; Arabic skills would be highly regarded
• Current drivers licence is essential
