Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Customer Interface Manager to their UAE team. Our employer seeks a proven performer to assist on their main projects in the region, which include the implementation of advanced integrated security solutions for critical assets, safe city and border protection.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the primary POC for the Senior Customer Group and establish a close working relationship with the Senior Client Representative(s). You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all project issues and risks are recorded, tracked and managed to a satisfactory resolution
• Ensure Minutes of Meetings for all Customer meetings are produced, reviewed and approved by the Customer and distributed to all relevant internal stakeholders
• Manage the High Level Gantt and ensure that the project is delivered according to agreed schedules
• Provide the customer with periodic reports as required
• Represent the Customer’s interests whilst supporting the overall business objectives of the company
• Ensure all deliveries to the customer meet the expectations and quality requirements of the customer
• Ensure all project issues and requirements are communicated effectively
• Meet with the Customer as required on a formal/informal basis to understand the customers’ needs / issues / satisfaction with the company
• Record in the CM database all issues relating to non-performance / non-conformance of the project and deliverables / other satisfaction issues raised by the customer
• Produce and maintain / update a Customer Communications Plan

Requirements

Essential attributes include:

• Diploma / Degree qualified in a relevant field; MBA in Business Management would be highly regarded
• PMP certification or equivalent is essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Management is essential, with experience in Critical Infrastructure / Homeland Security / Border Protection being preferred
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Project Management
• Ability to interpret vague concepts and develop these into specific solutions and proposals
• Demonstrated ability as a leader for all project aspects; ability to manage employees (direct / matrix) and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential
• Excellent English verbal, reading and writing skills is essential; Arabic skills would be highly regarded
• Current drivers licence is essential
