The RoleThe Role- Serve as direct point of contact for customer to ensure customer receive quick and adequate level of service or help with questions and enquires. - Conduct continuous Customer Satisfaction interviews(Sales & After sales) - Handle all type of inbound and out bound Customers - Contact targeted customers for special events also participate in events as required (launching, promotion, retention program etc.). - Cleansing and updating missing customer information. - Handle Inbound and out bound calls. - Provide customers with product and service information - Verify customer information simultaneously enter the information in the system - Handle customer complaint and ability to coordinate with concern department |
RequirementsRequirements- Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills - Excellent English and Arabic language skills (verbal and written) good communication skills. - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a call agent in a call center & customer service - Must be able to work a flexible schedule as per company requirements and business needs - Computer literate |
