Customer Relations Executive - AFGRE - Dubai

As part of Residential team, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer journey through the buying process of residential property at Dubai Festival City to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

You will be reporting into the Customer Relations Manager and be the primary contact for the customer from the reservation stage in the process to the final handover of property.

This position is an integral part of the continuous improvement efforts of the residential team and vital to the reputation of AFGRE and Al Futtaim in upholding and improving customer service standards.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who does experience in a similar role within the real estate industry. Customer Service experience is a must and the ability to deal with high volume of administrative tasks.

In order to be successful, you would need to possess strong communication skills. This role would require a polite but assertive attitude. We are looking for someone with a passion for excellence and delivery.
