The company continues to strengthen its position in the market by consistently introducing innovative and customer focused services, as well as regularly training its staff at all levels. We are currently looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic Customer Relations Executive for our Hertz team based in Dubai. Reporting to the Customer Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a central point of contact between HERTZ and the customer for the after sales activity and developing and building long term business relationships. It will be your role to ensure high level of customer service in line with company policy, procedures and standards and maximising on all lease and car rental opportunities through managing the customers effectively. The key accountabilities of the role will include:Client Relationship and Customer Service: Provides effective and efficient customer service, so that customer satisfaction levels and customer retention rates are maximised. Account Management: Responsible for handling the day to day activities relating to existing and new accounts. • Quotations. Work closely with the sales team to ensure correct quotes are sent to the customer on time and regular follow up done. • Prepare contracts - Agreement, Annexure etc., Update necessary information on the contracts and return customer copies on time. • Lease Purchase Proposal - Processing the order on time and providing timely updates to the customer. • New Vehicle Delivery - Follow up with the concerned department, update clients, arrange for vehicle check out. • Arranging Loaner vehicle and all related system and administration tasks related to it like opening agreements, closing agreements, keeping a record of all transactions. • Manager Lease contracts Expiries / Extensions. • Maintain an up to date database of all customers with relevant and key contacts. • Handle day to day queries of the Customer - pricing, short term rental requirements, Oman insurance, service, invoicing - ensuring that the customer's queries are handled on time. • Prepare various information / Reports for the customers. • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation. Other Operational Tasks: • Ensures all vehicles are accounted for and a proper inventory is maintained. • Reduce costs by ensuring that vehicle check outs are done in house. • Effectively manage the drivers. • Operations Dashboard reviewed and corrective measures taken on time. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in winning this role, you will have the following skills/experience: • Be a Graduate from a recognised University • 1-2 years experience in automobile/travel/service industry • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator • Excellent teamwork and cross function relationship management • Advanced empathy and key listening skills • Ability to enhance customer relationships to build mutually rewarding partnerships • Good knowledge of MS Office applications |
