Job description / Role
- Demonstrate customer service excellence
- Maintain and improve efficient internal & external communication channels for all customer interactions
- Take ownership for resolving customer-related issues and maintain follow up on any pending matters to reach positive conclusions
- Take charge of pre and after sale verbal and written customer communications and ensure all activities are promptly recorded
- Build positive working relationships with other departments and work closely with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction
- Generates reports and analyses results to suggest action plans for improvement
- Supervises all CRM activities and maintains close follow up on leads and activates
- Carries out regular customer related surveys and collects customer feedback
- Participates in Marketing events and Exhibitions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company projects, activities, events, and property availability
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English
- Previous Real Estate/ Property Developer experience
- Understands sales, leasing, and general property management operations
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
- Familiar with operating CRM software
- Possesses distinguished personality with the ability to impact and influence others, work under pressure, take ownership, and resolve complex issues with minimum supervision.
- People oriented with positive attitude and excellent inter-personal and business communication skills
- Mature, reliable and presentable
