Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To provide high quality marketing support and exceptional servicing to Standard Chartered Private Bank clients and the Standard Chartered Relationship Management team.

- Prepare and follow up account opening documentation and KYC/CDD
- Support the RMs with post-sale service.
- Ensure complete and accurate information provided in all client documentation, before submission to operations.
- Assist where applicable in the preparation of the annual investment review.
- Prepare and follow up on the Annual Periodic Reviews
- Process and follow client instructions acting as the liaison with Operations, Credit, Compliance and other relevant departments to execute client instructions e.g. fund transfers, deposit/loan set up and renewal, order placement for loans and securities.
- Ensure product information is sent to clients regularly.
- Preparation of spreadsheets for clients to show profit / loss of their holdings.
- To assist the other members of the Customer Service Unit as and when required.
- Plan appointments and schedule travel Itinerary for the RM's. Coordinate all Bookings viz. Travel & Stay
- Assist in the preparation of the necessary documentation for marketing trips (i.e. packaging brochures, client background/business analysis etc.)
- Provide back-up support for RMs during their business trips
- Co-ordinate all client visits to ensure pertinent information is available at the client visit (i.e. holdmail, credit cards, chequebooks, documentation for client signature). Provide administrative support including correspondence and ensure proper filing of transactions, correspondence and reports.
- Fully compliant with regulations and Group policies & guidelines
- Ensures adherence to KYC/CDD policy, Anti Money Laundering policy, Client Investment & Trade Transactions policy, and adherence to Private Banking Client Financial Transaction policy to safeguard the Banks interests.
- Zero errors in transaction execution and service delivery
- Undertake to attend all the mandatory training and development programs set by the Bank.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Graduate with 2 years of experience in Private Banking Customer Service role.
- Should be able to speak fluent English and preferably Arabic
- Should be proficient in MS Office
- Should have a basic working knowledge of Banking, SCB systems and products and a thorough knowledge of PB products & workflows
- Should be a self-motivator who is keen to upgrade and improve personal knowledge and skill sets to meet the job requirement
