The RoleThe RoleResponsibilities: You will be the Voice of the new transactional lifestyle site of Boutique1 Responsible to handle all incoming requests (phone and e-mail) regarding the online shop.This may include: - placing a phone order - providing styling advice based on brand preference, occasion, body type, - answering questions regarding the payment and shipping process - handling all correspondence regarding returns - process and manage complaints - a.o. Capture, aggregate and present customer feedback on a weekly basis to management for continuous improvement of Boutique1. Develop a personal client base Always stay up to-date regarding runway trends and designer/brand news to be able to consult customers in the most knowledgeable and up to date manner. Aim to maximize sales by suggesting cross-sells to the customers. |
RequirementsRequirementsWork Experience and Education: 3 or more years of relevant experience as a Customer Care Manager, a Store Manager/Sales Consultant or as a Stylist. Great knowledge of luxury fashion brands, latest runway collections and trends. Competencies: Passion for luxury designer fashion. Be driven by the objective to deliver 1st class customer service. Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Great attention to detail. Good spirited and should have fun with his/her work. English : Fluent |
