Customer Relationship Manager
We are recruiting Customer Relationship Managers in Abu Dhabi for a successful international company specialising in large scale safety and security solutions for critical infrastructure. This is a permanent job opportunity suitable for candidates with experience in defence or security project management and building relationships with the main customer base as well as high profile clients. Ideal candidate will be responsible for the client relationship with the senior group in variety of safety and security projects in Abu Dhabi.
Be the primary POC for the Senior Customer Group and establish a close working relationship with the Senior Client Representatives
Ensure that all project issues and risks are recorded, tracked and managed to a satisfactory resolution.
Ensure that Minutes of Meeting for all customer meetings are produced, reviewed and approved by the customer and distributed to all relevant internal stakeholders
Ensure that the project is delivered according to agreed schedules
Provide the customers with period and reports as required.
Represent the customers interests whilst supporting the overall business objectives of the company
Ensure that all deliveries to the customer meet the expectations and quality requirements of the customer
Ensure all project issues and requirements are communicated effectively
Meet with the customer as required on a formal and informal basis to understand the customers, needs, issues and satisfaction with company
To record in the CM database all issues relating to non-performance/non-conformance of the project and deliverables and other satisfaction issues raised by the customer
Produce, maintain and update a customer communications plan
At least 5 years experience in Customer Management preferably in the areas of Critical Infrastructure and Homeland Security or Border Protection.
At least 7 years experience in project management
Experience in direct management position
A leader for all project aspects ability to manage employees (both directly or in matrix) and processes
Must have a flexible approach and be prepared to work flexible and unsociable hours to meet the needs of the client.
A self-starter who can work both independently or as part of team with the ability to work under pressure in an ambiguous environment
Must be personable, culturally sensitive and able to network easily, whilst maintaining high ethical standards.
Must be able to interpret vague concepts and develop these into specific solutions and proposals.
Academic diploma or similar degree in a relevant subject
M.A in business management an advantage
PMP or equivalent
Legal Knowledge an advantage
High level of English proficiency- verbal, reading and writing
Arabic an advantage
Driving license MUST
