Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client, an up and coming training and development institution, are recruiting for an individual to bring on board into their team to generate business opportunities with other educational institutions in order to expand their programme further.

The prospected employee will be required to carry out (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:
- Reaching budgeted financial goals, customer longevity, load ups and cross selling by using various forms of communication.
- Responsible for managing a diverse range of customers including idea generation, preparing and presenting proposals, cold calling, overseeing the creative and production processes, training managers to set up a meeting, etc.
- Analyse campaign outcomes in detail by using a variety of proprietary software applications
- Identifying new business opportunities in KSA by building a strong pipeline of clients, manage sales inquiries and develop a business development team.
- Participate in a variety of special projects including explorations of system or process improvements, new retention categories, etc.
- Assist develop budgets and forecasts for the following quarters
- Working along other departments such as marketing, operations and the proposal teams to develop and maintain a customer focused attitude

Requirements

- Degree qualification in Marketing/Business Studies
- Arabic speaker is necessary
- 2-4 years' in telemarketing or direct sales
- Experience working with various educational institutions previously as well as a solid understanding of the education environment across the region. Particularly in UAE, Bahrain and KSA
- Self motivated, quick learner and analytical
