Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a semi-government entity in Dubai is seeking to hire a junior Customer Relationship Officer/reception for their busy department. The main responsibilities include attending to clients calls, being in charge of the reception area and providing administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective manner.
- Ensuring mail communications are distributed to the concerned departments
- Implement and follow up company management system, process, policies and procedures
- Maintain reception area
- Organizing vacation leave for approval to provide replacement staff
- Providing support service to the team in relation to meeting customers' needs and customer satisfaction
- Weekly circulation of updates via emails
- Ensure any other promotional activities are posted and properly announced
- Maintain daily/weekly time sheet

Requirements

- Higher Diploma
- Minimum 1.5 years in a customer service or administrative role

Special/Additional Qualification:
- MS Office advance knowledge and IT savvy
- Fluent English and native Arabic

Required Capabilities:
- Excellent organizing, planning, time-management skills and an eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written English and Arabic skills
- Impeccable phone etiquette, professional and clear articulate phone voice
