Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- You take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales)
- You prepare quotations and handle tenders
- You support the Area Sales Manager in his daily business
- You support the sales team in important customer events and fairs
- You be the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
- You be responsible for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
- You complete office management tasks
- You be prepared to undertake some travel (in Middle East)

Requirements

- You have successfully completed your commercial education
- You have at least 2 years of experience with sales support activities or customer sales support
- You have a very good command of English and Arabic
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers
- You have an independent and service-oriented way of working; organizational skills, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths
- You have a confident manner on the telephone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
