Job description / Role
Dynamic and fast growing chemical company seeks diligent, hard working and reliable person to join its regional headquarters office in Dubai in the position of Customer Service / Admin. Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for the efficient handling of the customer interface through timely and responsive actions in the execution of the order to cash cycle as well as providing general administration support to the Regional Director.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent English capability (verbal and written). A good understanding of the Customer Service function, along with knowledge of logistics and documentation required to move goods internationally. Computer literacy, with experience of working in an ERP environment (SAP, Oracle or Dynamics) would be a major advantage, although training will be provided. You should be a motivated self-starter, able to work in a team or independently as required.
