Job description / Role
• To handle customer in a professional way as per the standards set to ensure that every interaction with the customer is a quality experience for customer.
• To ensure that the KPI’s are understood and met on a timely manner
• Should be hands on in trouble shooting Technical issue of mobile phones
• To understanding & attending to special needs of customers in a timely fashion in order to meet and exceed customer expectations
• To providing technical/data support to customer most effectively & offer loaner phone to customer where ever applicable
• To monitor & control on customer hold time, receipts and delivery and service collections
• To collecting cash from customers on repairs and reconciling the same by the end of the day with no discrepancy.
• Attend and secure a good score in all internal trainings conducted
• Arrange all received shipments on priority – FIFO sort which will ensure that the shipments are being identified and tracked in accordance with production plan
• Preserve handle and transport customer property under controlled and specified condition to ensure that there is no damage or loss of customer property
• Minimize all job card error and discrepancies which will assure clarity and parity in external customer information that are being communicated to the internal customers.
Requirements
* Preferably graduate with telecommunication or equivalent
* Min of 2years of experience in troubleshooting technical issue of mobile phone
* Good communication in written and Oral
* Fluency in English and Arabic speaking will be added advantage.
