To assist customers who are picking up their product from IKEA, and to ensure product is properly maintained within the warehouse.

Requirements

Customer:

* Greets and welcomes customers on arrival to the area.
* For customer's collection, receives from customer the purchased copy.
* Ensures to verify the goods in the invoice copy matching the merchandize pick up picking list before handing the goods to the customer
* Ensures the customer sign the merchandize pick up picking list as proof of goods receipts
* Ensure to label each article before moving the goods to the back office area.
* Ensures all customers' queries are attended to in a professional manner.
* Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Operational:

* Ensure all system procedures are adheres to as per policy / procedure.
* Process invoices, ship products in computer with speed and accuracy.
* Ensures neat, clean appearance of self and work area.
* Check and verify each article against the picking list
* Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
* For home delivery, receives goods from ISL teamReceives goods from ISL and affix signature on the picking list.

* Improving the Customer service in the store and answering customers queries
* To represent IKEA brand at the required level
* To maintain store standards to the required level
