Customer Service Assistant (X6) - Cairo Festival City Mall - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

Spanning 3 million square meters Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are seeking to hire 6 Customer Service Assistants to work within the Cairo Festival City Mall Team. This role will be responsible for managing customer service desk & to handle customer issues, queries, problems, in a professional and courteous manner so as to achieve service standards & to enhance visitors experience to the CFC mall, your job duties & responsibilities will be including & not limited to:

* Responsible for providing high standards of customer service to visitors bearing in mind varying levels of customer's expectations.
* Responsible for developing an in depth understanding of the retail center to assist to any customer queries.
* Responsible for maintaining adequate stock of mall collateral.
* Responsible for resolving customer complaints & issues within the delegated level of authority.
* Provide support to the inter-departments at the Mall so as to provide management front line data to understand public opinion, gauge visitors experience or make business & marketing decisions.
* Provide basic level first aid services and emergency assistance to the customer.

Requirements

As a Customer Service Assistant; you have to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

* Achieved a recognised Bachelor degree or any relevant discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience in a face to face Customer Service field.
* Flexibility to work over weekends, official holidays & rotational working hours shifts.
* Strong Computer's Skills.
* Very good English Language Skills.
