Customer Service Coordinator (Female) Native English Speaker

Job description / Role

- Assist with handling customer escalations or customer inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to the proper internal channels.
- Assist the Customer Service department
- Help compile information to create weekly/monthly reports and charts.
- Miscellaneous Admin support.

Requirements

- Excellent planning, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully interact with internal peers, management as well as vendors and outside agencies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-starter who likes to take on projects.
- High school degree or Bachelors with 0/2years experience
- Must be personable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working with many different experience levels.
