Job description / Role
- Arrange shipments.
- Prepare and confirm order approval.
- Handle pricing information.
- Release invoices.
- Handle customer accounts.
- Conduct daily communication with customers.
- Order entry and daily management of customer orders.
- Follow up with supply to secure order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with forwarders.
- Prepare to execute shipping schedule with platform.
- Arrange all shipping procedure.
- Support After sales support service.
- Compile reports and statistics where necessary and ensure that deadlines are met, daily.
- Complete of ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business.
- 2-3 years experience
- Good knowledge of international procedures for receiving or delivering goods.
- Understanding of international trade and market demands is important.
- Strong communication skills
- A professional, courteous and helpful manner.
- The ability to work and handle customers under stress and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- High attention to details.
- The ability to work with a team and being an effective team member.
- Full awareness of Microsoft applications
- SAP User
- The ability to communicate in English fluently.
- The ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers in effective verbal and written communication skill.
- French language is an asset.
