The RoleThe RoleThe candidate will report directly to the Customer Service & Distribution Manager and will have responsibilities for order management from receipt to delivery as per agreement. He/She will maintain master data in various aspects and be single point of contact for all internal and external customer-related queries, as well as being involved in claims and quality management. |
RequirementsRequirements- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain from an accredited university - Minimum of 2 years experience in a logistics or associated area with a customer focus or in a service organization - In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes - High awareness of detail, accuracy and quality is expected - Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously - Excellent communication & negotiation skills - Excellent spoken & written English is mandatory; Arabic or French is an advantage - Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP is an advantage |
