Customer Service & Distribution Planner

Job description / Role

The main purpose of the role is managing orders from receipt to delivery at customers named place and as per shipping INCO terms.
Maintaining relevant data with regards to pricing assortment, order forms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and being single point of contact for all internal and external customer related queries.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain from an accredited university
- A minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or associated area, ideally with a customer focused or service organization having acquired in-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes.
- High awareness of detail, accuracy and quality is expected
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent spoken & written English is mandatory; Arabic or French is an advantage
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP is an advantage
