Job description / Role
- Following up on shipments & updating the customers accordingly
- Build relationships with existing customers for New Business (Deep Selling)
- Regular interaction with existing customers to generate new inquiries
- Processing of inquiries and preparing quotations in coordination with pricing team
- Liaising with Ops team & overseas offices for shipment updates
- Maintaining internal records (documentation, invoices, POD, etc.)
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline, having spent 1-2 years in the UAE with a freight forwarding company.
* Must possess a passion for sales & customer service with excellent communication skills and a desire to excel.
* Should have good written and spoken command in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi would be an advantage.
* Must be a team player and should be able to work with other members of the team.
