Job description / Role
Objective: To interact with Customers / Carriers / Overseas Partners
Main Responsibilities:
• Following up of all routing orders regularly (Sea / Air) sent to agents until pre-alert docs are received from them.
• Opening job file and updating all data in ERP and tracking the shipment with local agents until receiving cargo arrival notice.
• Provide timely shipments updates to Customers and Agents.
• To be actively involved in local operations, to coordinate with various vendors.

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 0800 Hrs to 1730 Hrs

University Qualifications: Graduate
Other certifications obtained: NA
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Company (GCC Experience preferred)
Specialist knowledge: NA
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good Communication Skills (Read & Writing)
Age Range: 25 - 30
