Required Sales - Customer Service Executive- Dubai
We have an urgent opening for Customer Service Executive for trading company .

Job Description:
• Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotation and Proforma invoices to our customers.
• To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visit into company business if required.
• To meet customers in our premises to discuss their requirements.
• To be aware of complete product range
• To be an expert with respect to the product knowledge
• Managing relationships with existing key customers, partners and dealers.
• Make follow up with customers for the payment.
• Make sure that the payments from customers are received on the dates.
• Preparing report any abnormalities with regard to the customer payments.
• Prepare and present the necessary reports for the weekly payment follow up meeting.
• Make invoice / DO / LPO / other documents within the time limit.
• Providing input to Department Head on customers, markets and competitive trends.
• To make accurate purchase of materials supplies for resale as required.
• Manage the front office in a professional manner as and when required.
• Handling the petty cash if necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, activity reports and other reports.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Any related activity assignment by the Line Manager / HOD
Budget : 3500 - 4000 AED + 30 days yearly paid leave with air ticket (2 Way) + Medical insurance
