Job description / Role
Objective: We are a leading supplier to Hospitality Sector Worldwide, with regional office in Dubai.
The objective of the role is to assist with the Middle East offices day-to-day customer service and operational functions.
Main Responsibilities:
Processing of Customer Orders in our online CRM system & to coordinate with our 3PL facilitator for the delivery fulfillment.
First point of contact for Customer Services & Supply Chain Matters.
Assisting Operations in Inventory management & other required tasks related to Operations.
Providing internal support to Sales & Marketing team for the region.
Reporting to: Operations Supervisor - MENA
Duration: Permanent Position
Desired start date: 1st Oct 2014
Probation: Six (6) Months
Working hours: Sun - Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM
Gross monthly base salary: As per Industry Standards.
Requirements
Nature and length of previous experience: 1-3 years experience in similar Customer Support role in the Middle East.
Specialist knowledge: Customer Services, Logistics, Inventory
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Effective Communicator & Pleasant Personality.
Age Range: 22 - 30 Years Old.
Language Fluency: English essential. Other regional languages are desirable.
