The Role


A prominent online trading firm is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to be actively involved in sales and account management duties. The company primarily deals with Forex, Stocks and Commodities.

The role will involve a number of duties, including:

*Pursuing leads to establish an active client base and being the first point of contact with new customers.
* Handle the existing client base, offering general customer services and dealing with complaints.
*Partake in various promotional activities - targeting active and non-active clients.

The role has a generous commission structure and offers a great opportunity for a candidate with the drive and enthusiasm for sales and customer services.

Person Profile To be considered for this role you must have:

*A degree in a business/finance related field.
*Experience in a demanding customer service role, with proven sales abilities being a distinct advantage.
*Excellent communication skills in English and either Arabic, Russian or Chinese.
*Advanced skills in MS packages.
