The RoleThe RoleA prominent online trading firm is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to be actively involved in sales and account management duties. The company primarily deals with Forex, Stocks and Commodities. The role will involve a number of duties, including: *Pursuing leads to establish an active client base and being the first point of contact with new customers. * Handle the existing client base, offering general customer services and dealing with complaints. *Partake in various promotional activities - targeting active and non-active clients. RequirementsRequirementsPerson Profile To be considered for this role you must have: *A degree in a business/finance related field. *Experience in a demanding customer service role, with proven sales abilities being a distinct advantage. *Excellent communication skills in English and either Arabic, Russian or Chinese. *Advanced skills in MS packages. |
