Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A multinational company with massive operation in the Middle East and Africa markets are looking to recruit a dynamic CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated experience in Logistics / Distribution, Customer Service and Order Management.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide first line handling of order enquires.
- Receive and screen distributor purchase orders for monthly order processing and timely shipment to fulfil customer demand.
- Managing logistics documentation such as import, export, packing list etc.
- Monitor order flow, liaison with sales, marketing and finance departments to provide order back-up and information feedback to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide logistics and administrative support to Supply Chain department and ensure effective communications to facilitate optimum sales.
- Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.

Requirements

- Must have minimum 2 years experience in Logistics & Customer Service within a multinational company.
- Must have experience in SAP and MS Excel.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree, preferably Supply Chain, Logistics or any related discipline.
- Required specific skills that includes order management, dispatch process, customer service and import / export documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference will be given to NATIVE ARABIC speaking candidates.
