Customer service specially means the service for the end user of telecommunication operator included the consumer users and enterprise users, included the service fulfillment and assurance.

More than 5 year experience of customer service delivery in telecommunication operator.

More than 10 year of telecommunication related work experience.

More than 3 years of team management experience in telecommunication operator.

Senior manager or director or Customer service department of telecommunication operator.

Deeply understanding of customer service fulfillment and service assurance

Knowledge of ITIL and eTOM and can use these knowledge for customer service analysis and optimization

Lead a team for transition in for customer service from operator to company

Lead a team to Study the current org and process information and provide gap analysis and optimization plan

Lead a team to Study the current work load and SLA information and provide gap analysis and optimization plan

Ensure the service will be took over by company from operator successfully

Ensure the service took over by company from operator under planned cost
